Payment Information

This page outlines our explanation for patients payment options depending on their circumstances. The page covers the following explanations and payment options:

  • Payment Policy

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation will incur a fee.

A quotation of this fee will be given at the time of your booking. We will submit your Medicare Rebate request online at the time of payment. Medicare will reimburse this to your chosen bank account.

As we are a busy practice, if a consultation appointment is cancelled without notice, you may be asked to pay the full amount at the time if rebooking.

Payment Options

Our reception staff will be happy to advise you of the consultation and treatment fees upon booking an appointment.

Full payment on the day of consultation is required.

How to Pay?

EFTPOS and Credit/Debit Card is the preferred method of payment.

DVA Gold and ADF (Bupa) is accepted.

Please contact the office by email prior to your appointment should you have any questions regarding your account.
